Chair of Clinical Research
As part of his academic work, Prof. Dr. Dr. med. Andreas Pfützner holds the Chair of Clinical Research at the Technical University in Bingen, Germany.
He teaches students about the complex and evolving field of clinical research, preparing the next generation of natural science professionals for their future roles in science and healthcare.
Mastering the challenges of the digital age – together
With the goal of sustainably improving diagnostics and therapy through the use of apps and internet-based services, Prof. Pfützner and the University for Digital Technologies in Medicine & Dentistry (DTMD University) founded the “Institute for Internal Medicine and Laboratory Medicine” (IML).
Prof. Pfützner has served as the head of the institute since its foundation in 2017.
